Now AT&T offer the new and next upgrades which is limited within six months for all the existing contract customers.AT&T is planning to release next smartphone plan much earlier.This facility will be available for the existing customers those who have plan with two-year contract service agreement before January 18th.So AT&T is planning to keep customers within their network instead of jumping to other network.May be this plan has introduced for that reason.
