Apple is filled the case in the California state for their patent has stealed and based on their patent Samsung has distributing lot of smartphone same as Apple.So now Samsung caught and Apple filled the case against Samsung and every one knows that case has running in the California court.But Court has advised to both parties to talk and solve the issue by mutual understanding.But both parties are not agree for the talk also for mutual understanding.So now the case has come to the end and Judge has given the final statement for both companies like Samsung has taken the control of Apple patent without any license agreement.So Samsung has to pay to Apple around $1.05 Billion which is include all the legal fees as well.But Samsung said to media they will appeal to higher court against this judgement.Lets wait watch whether Samsung will pay or going further on this case.
