Twitter has the plan to update the status in facebook for the particular users.The update like Photos,tags and links to Facebook from the twitter apps.This integration has planned long back but due to some technical uniqueness of twitter it took long time to update. Hear after all the twitter sweets also appear in facebook as well.
These update will not shown in Facebook automatically we have to do some settings in twitter like on-off
