The international trad commission file complaint against HTC phone due to some software violation of Apple Software patents.
Now its back to the launch the officials from HTC said its has stopped due to validation process of patents from apple software.
Actually the patent issue is the phone numbers are directy linked to the phone dialer app in HTC phones.This patent is Apple's Sole propriatry patent.
But now its not so clear actually what is the issue around HTC and Apple. Because tons of Android phones are
imported in the US and lot of Phones has this patent violation but only HTC is caught.
Actually the AT&T stock shows that both HTC one x black and white is not available in Stock and we dont know when the customs will be released this phone and when it will be available to the user.
