Sharp confirmed that to share the technology for the new iPhone with Foxconn at the
plant in Chengdu.Today the Japanese Business daily reported that,
Sharp will giving its technology contribution to Hon hai for the newly build Foxconn plant
which will produce the panels for the new Apple's iPhones.The parent company of foxconn Hon Hai
investment made for this new plant which is located in the Chengdu.Actually the parent company agreed to purchase the 46.48 percent shares from the Sharp’s LCD plant at Japan and also $844 million investment in the new shares for an 11 percent stake of the company.
